Born in Washington and now based in Denver, Colorado , Steezify has been spinning for 17 years. A high-energy house DJ with a freestyle edge and a background in winter sports, he brings movement, rhythm, and hype to every event. Whether he’s playing at the Great American Beer Festival or your private rooftop party, his goal is simple: vibe with the crowd and keep the energy flowing.

�� About Steezify

Steezify’s DJ journey began in college after answering a newspaper ad for a bar gig—no experience required. From there, the love for mixing, connecting with people, and experimenting with sound never left.

“I’m someone who loves change and throwing myself in the deep end. DJing is always a new experience. That’s what makes it fun for me.”

He took a break after college but quickly found himself missing being behind the desk. Today, he’s one of the most organized and technically dialed-in DJs on the CiferNoise roster, known for his sharp ear, diverse playlists, and adaptability across music genres.

A student of the craft, Giovannii began DJing under the mentorship of his uncle, who shared one essential piece of advice:

“Don’t play for yourself—play for the crowd.”

That’s why we’re excited to kick off our Silent Disco DJ Spotlight Series —starting with the high-energy, genre-bending talent: HexKitten , one of CiferNoise’s open-format DJs, best known for bringing high-energy hip-hop , trap , and bass-forward beats to the dance floor. We sat down with her early this year to get to know her a bit better outside of work.

 �� Denver-Based DJ HexKitten: From Bedroom Producer to Club Favorite

HexKitten got her start in music as a self-taught bedroom producer. Her first DJ gig occurred when a friend volunteered her for a show, and she’s been building her name ever since, performing at local events, private parties, and bars and clubs throughout Colorado. Since then, she’s played everywhere from city rooftops to school dances to massive festivals.

“She didn’t really ask. She told me I was going to be a DJ. That’s how it started.”

In 2020, she joined CiferNoise Productions to expand her skill set through silent disco DJing , bringing her unique energy to events all over Denver .

“I still get nervous every time I go up—excited nervous. It’s wild to think people show up to hear me.”

�� Her DJ Style

To describe Hex’s sets, they have a dynamic flow with a beauty of interaction for those who are dancing. Hex is diverse across genres, which has allowed her to always keep an open mind to learning how to spin anything that comes her way. Her signature sets lean heavily on hip-hop, bass-heavy beats, and crowd-hyping bangers.

“I like to think of my sets like puzzles—curated energy, carefully put together, so every track builds the vibe.”

At a silent disco, she mainly plays the red channel, usually featuring hip-hop and party-heavy mixes. You will never forget the night that HexKitten spun for your event.

�� Why She Loves Silent Disco in Denver

Hex started taking on more silent disco gigs in 2021. She has utilized the platform to bring experimental energy, helping to advance her DJ skill set and reach. “I had done a couple of silent discos, and it just brings a new atmosphere to a party, and it brings just a new vibe.”

This atmosphere she speaks of is how silent disco can have more than one DJ playing simultaneously in the same area. This allows the DJ not to be the sole center of attention, yet gives them a challenge to remain alert when no one is listening to their channel and work to regain their audience. Silent disco lets HexKitten do what she does best: control the energy and create a connection.

“It’s like crowd control, even mind control. I can take people wherever I want to go—and they follow.”

If you had to create a DJ persona based on a superhero or villain, what would it be?

“ I would have to say Catwoman. She's a sexy, mysterious super villain. I don't think she's a villain. She's honestly like, I don't know. She's just kind of there being hot. And that's my favorite. The only correct answer, and this is like, I will argue you down, is Michelle Pfeiffer. Batman Returns.”

Our budget friendly photo booth packages include setup, delivery, and takedown, ensuring there's no wrong choice when opting for CiferNoise photobooth services. If you desire photos that say more than a thousand words, discover below how CiferNoise's photo booth services can bring that possibility to life.

The MIN

The MIN is our basic photobooth package meant for a simple setup. Like all three of our packages, delivery up to 15 miles, setup and takedown are included.

The USU

The USU is our most booked package. A custom overlay can cater to your event. For example, for a birthday party, you can create an overlay sticker that says Jane's Birthday party. Guests and hosts can receive all their photos using their emails and phone numbers, allowing easy image delivery. After having some fun at the photo booth, a live gallery can be displayed for public viewing so everyone can see each other's pictures.

The WOKS

The WOKS is our most premium package, which includes all features from the USU and the MIN packages, plus other premium features. Up to two custom filters are included, which allow guests to add filters before sending the photos to themselves. Additionally, guests can get in on some props that can be used to enhance your photobooth experience. Afterward, a QR code can be used to interact with guests at events so that they can see the live gallery appear in real time. Finally, if guests want a faster way of delivering photos to themselves, they airdrop the images to themselves at a moment's notice using the interactive iPad included.

DIY Package

Our Do-it-Yourself Package is as simple as its title. CiferNoise will drop off a minimum of 25 silent disco headphones and demonstrate how to set up your equipment. Set up your audio forms, including playlists, live electronic instruments, or other audio, and watch your silent disco experience begin. After your up to 24-hour rental, CiferNoise will pick up your equipment. Rentals can be held past 24 hours with an additional fee.

We recommend the DIY Package for anyone doing small gatherings who wants to include silent disco in their event. Often, we see birthday parties, office pop-ups and other gatherings being hosted using this package.

Plug us In

This package is for individuals who wish to use silent disco to help their sources of audio carry throughout an event using a minimum of 70 headphones. Plug us into your production, and a staff member will instruct guests on how to use the silent disco equipment. Setup and teardown are included. Up to 10 different audio sources can be accommodated at once.

We recommend this package to those hosting conferences, live podcasts, concerts and instructed classes. In the past, CiferNoise hosted up to 10 different rooms during conferences thanks to the ten audio channel headsets. Some silent disco events that CiferNoise produced using this package included Our Sketch and Sip series , summer movie nights at The Wardian and an instructed cooking class on Challah baking .

Ultimate Package

Our Ultimate Package is recommended to those wishing to bring their audio to life. The package includes at least one support staff member, teardown and setup, at least one DJ, and lighting for your event. For every 100 additional headsets ordered, another staff member will be added for extra support. This package can also accommodate up to 10 audio channels.

The possibilities are endless with this package. We often see this package being used for corporate celebrations, parties, weddings and anyone wanting to help put on a silent disco.

Celebrating Four Years of CiferNoise: A Journey of Sounds and Community

As we celebrate CiferNoise's four-year anniversary, we want to reflect on the fantastic year we experienced. Despite a rocky start to the year in the events industry, CiferNoise overcame this challenge and triumphed with innovative produced events. As we celebrate, let us walk down memory lane and relive some of the most memorable moments. 

A Year of Unforgettable Moments

Let us start in November of 2022 with an exciting silent disco dance party that brought Gravity Haus Breckenridge members together for a night of dancing and celebration.

December saw us participating in the Holiday Soiree, an event to raise funds for Beautiful Skin Project , an organization dedicated to helping cancer survivors and patients look and feel their best.

In January, we were the highlight of a youth group event that Flatirons Community Church put on. Youth from all walks of life in the Denver area were bussed into the church as almost 400 youths enjoyed a night of dancing, socializing and community gathering. Later in January, Hotel Engine hosted a company function, where CiferNoise helped people dance the night away while enjoying a variety of tunes.

In March, we introduced the Silent Disco Co-Working concept at Shift Workspaces . Attendees had the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while enjoying the magic of silent disco.

May brought us to a food truck rally, ManiPalooza , where delicious eats and silent disco tunes combined to create an unforgettable evening. We continued the month by helping individuals celebrate the end of the school year with school dances and graduation parties. Several celebrations included elementary school dances and backyard graduation parties, where attendees enjoyed silent disco tunes. To wrap up the month, we hosted a pop-up silent disco at Fort Greene , where individuals enjoyed a night of refreshments sponsored by Santa Teresa and dancing. 

In June, we organized Neon Sunset , an event that transported our guests through the decades and helped us raise funds for Project Angel Heart . Attendees wore their best 80s, 90s, and 00s fashion and danced the night away.

July saw us at Uncle Tim's Cocktails for Vice City , an event that brought the essence of Miami to Denver, complete with bright lights and a groovy atmosphere. 

August included cinematic magic as we hosted a Silent Disco Movie Night at The Wardian. Guests savored drinks and popcorn while choosing between two family-friendly movies.

This September, we made a triumphant return to the Great American Beer Festival , reaffirming our status as a hit among attendees and beer enthusiasts alike.

In October, we wrapped up our Sketch and Sip series, an event that encapsulated the essence of CiferNoise's commitment to creativity and community. Sketch and Sip was one of our most unique events this past year. Attendees enjoyed a combination of delicious cocktails from Uncle Tim's and a figure drawing class led by an instructor from Artful Bachelorette. 

Building a Bright Future Ahead

As we reflect on the past year, we look forward to even more exciting events, innovative ideas, and moments of connection in the years to come. Our journey is far from over, and we cannot wait to continue sharing these experiences with you, our valued supporters, through our branded content. 

Cifernoise is dedicated to building and producing innovative and unique silent disco experiences. Which we plan to expand upon in 2024. With the expansion of our company, we cannot forget how CiferNoise was built by its people who help support our various events.

Our notable staff members include Katalena Valdez, Sean Johnston and James Lajoe who help with the set-up and teardown of events. We have added a new Marketing Manager position to CiferNoise. Our Marketing Manager, Lea Wolff, is responsible for our branded content and social media. She plans to continue sharing the magic of silent disco throughout 2024. Another important aspect of our productions is our DJs. They make all our events memorable by providing their best mixes of music. CiferNoise Throws Silent Disco for Denver Oktoberfest

Denver Oktoberfest went off without a hitch, and yours truly, CiferNoise Productions, was there to make it a hit!

Two weekends in a row, September 16-18 and Sep 23-25, 2022, CiferNoise teamed up with Denver Oktoberfest to throw not just any disco but a silent disco that was enjoyed by thousands.

Downtown Denver has been throwing their annual Oktoberfest since 1969, but nothing like CiferNoise was around in the 60s.

This year there was the famous keg bowling and stein hoisting, along with a costume contest, long dog derby, and beer hall. And CiferNoise threw the ultimate Denver silent disco event—disco experienced in a whole new way.

CiferNoise Productions is known for throwing an immersive music experience known as a silent disco. If you’ve never experienced an event where multitudes of people come together and listen to three or even ten different channels of music at the same time without leaving the room, you need to!

Those who attended the Great American Beer Festival this past month had the opportunity to do just that. Often referred to as genre desegregation, people came together in one room, chose from various music genres offered, and don their headphones for an experience like no other.

What many find exciting about this experience is that you can tell if someone is listening to the same genre of music as you are. For instance, let’s say that the three genres of music at your silent disco event are EDM, Rap, and Old School. Those listening to EDM may have green lights on their headphones, Rap listeners may have red, and R&B listeners may have purple.

That’s what happened October 6-8, 2022, at Denver’s Great American Beer Festival, the largest ticketed beer festival in the United States. CiferNoise, of course, had a blast being a part of this event and is hoping to see you there next year!
